Everyday digital skills for work and life.
Our Digital Literacy course gives unemployed and vulnerable women in Armenia the practical digital skills they need to find work and manage daily life with confidence. Priority goes to refugee women and women from war-affected families.

Why Digital Skills Matter
Only 35% of women in Armenia have basic digital skills, compared with 55% of men (UN Armenia, 2025). Today, almost every job search, job application and workplace depends on a computer or smartphone. Without these skills, many women are shut out of opportunities before they even begin.
For refugee women and women from war-affected families, the gap is often wider. Many have lost their jobs, routines, and access to training, and now need to rebuild their lives in an increasingly online world.
What Participants Learn
Participants learn Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) for everyday tasks. They practice safe internet habits, protect their data, communicate securely, and apply their new skills to job searching and daily work.
How the Course Works
- Learn the tools.
- Practice using them.
- Apply them to real tasks and team projects.
- Work independently, with the confidence today's job market demands.
More Than Computer Skills
Digital skills open the door to independence. Women who complete the course can search and apply for jobs online, communicate with employers, manage documents and help their children with schoolwork. Many gain the confidence to continue learning, including in our AI Skills, English for the Workplace, and Career Empowerment programs.

Building Futures, One Click at a Time
Every new cohort shows how much the right training can change a woman's life. Each group helps us improve the course so it keeps up with the skills employers ask for today. Our goal stays the same: to help every woman use technology with confidence, find work, and build a future of lasting independence for herself and her family.
